Agenda Awarded Oasis+ Contract – Opens Door to Amplify Mission Impact

Albuquerque, NM — Agenda, an international integrated strategic communications firm, is excited to announce its award under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract vehicle. This milestone marks a significant addition to Agenda’s federal contract vehicles designed to improve procurement of mission-critical services.

OASIS+, administered by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), streamlines federal agency access to a broad range of professional services, including public affairs, advocacy, engagement, research, design and marketing.

“The OASIS+ contract expands our ability to quickly deliver our unique and innovative service offerings to federal government customers, no matter where they operate in the world,” said Douglas Turner, CEO of Agenda. “We are honored to be a trusted partner in advancing targeted solutions to the missions that matter most for our country.”

Agenda’s federal customers include the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force, Air Force Research Labs, U.S. Special Operations Command South, Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Department of the Interior with services delivered domestically and across the globe.

In addition to OASIS+, Agenda has several other key contracting vehicles, including the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), a Bureau of Land Management Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), and a USDA BPA. Agenda also holds a master framework agreement with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization – NATO – to deliver strategic communications services across all 32 alliance nations.

In addition to federal customers, Agenda serves state and local governments, schools and universities, energy providers, entrepreneurs and major industry players.

Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the company anticipates scaled growth for the remainder of 2025 through 2028. A certified B Corporation, the firm recently achieved its B Corp recertification, underscoring its commitment to social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Agenda was founded by CEO and former Council of Foreign Relations Fellow, Douglas Turner, in 2012.
