As the world's first purpose-built commercial spaceport, Spaceport America has helped shape the evolution of the commercial space industry. Yet despite hosting a growing ecosystem of aerospace companies, public attention often focused on a single high-profile tenant. The challenge was to establish Spaceport America and the State of New Mexico as a destination for innovation, research, testing, and economic development in its own right – not simply the backdrop for another organization's success.

Agenda has partnered with Spaceport America to strengthen its institutional identity through strategic communications, media relations, executive communications, creative services, and event management. The ongoing engagement highlights the breadth of activity taking place across the Spaceport while supporting major milestones such as the annual Open House and the Spaceport America Cup – the world's largest intercollegiate rocket engineering competition. Agenda has also provided leadership media training, digital campaign development, and proactive outreach designed to expand awareness among policymakers, industry partners, and the public.
